This is by far the best and the most professional Vape shop in Dubai. The staff are friendly, welcoming and they know their vape! I'm new to vaping, so I looked online for the closest shop near me, my Vapery came up. I'm gald it did. Peri took the time to explain to me all the options for a newbie like me. She recommended a very elegant mod that I was happy with. After a few weeks, It turned out to be defected and was burning coils faster than it should. No problem! A nice young man said (didn't get his name) at the early morning shift Dubai Mall branch, if the problem persists, we'll exchange it. When I went to do that, I was lucky that the employee in charge was the awesome Jihad! She is very knowledgeable, and she gave me the best and the newest model that had just arrived. I'm extremely happy with it, it's not burning coils fast, it looks great, and even the color she first presented is a beautiful cool Red! ~ Fadi A

I was serviced by an amazing representive his name is Emanuel. Whatever I will write will not explain how helpful, cheerful, generous and professional he was. Not only did he spemd time to understand my needs but also he really went went above and beyond. Emanuel gave me a lot of very helpful tips to keep my device well maintained. Emanuel was not just trying to sell me stuff on the contrary he was very keen that i fully understand everything i buy and explaoned to me everything im lengthy detail. Today i went to myvapery with my friend that needed a new vape and in the meanwhile i was interested in something aswell but i Didnt find something for my liking but i Got amazing service and all my questions asked about different things. The person name was Emmanuel and he had an amazing positive energy and helped me with answring all my questions and to find something for my liking. I have used vape before but had to change as the earlier vendor suggested cheap brands showcasing them as the best quality. I started to have problems and quit vaping. Then after 2 years I wanted to try vaping again and then approached My Vapery in Dubai Mall. I met Ms. Amina who was extremely helpful and very consultative she spent a sufficient amount of time to walk me through the various options of device and juice. Recently I visited this store located in Dubai mall, i must say i never seen this better customer welcoming and helping behaviour from the employee! Her name is Zara and she is very nice! She help me alot to finding my products not only her shop even she searched in other branches as well and she arranged the product which i need! Had purchased a device 4 days ago and last night (May 22) it wasn't working. Contacted customer service through their Whatsapp support and was advised to visit nearest store so they can physically check the device.
